Can't Find Your Package?
If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it. Here are some things you could try to help find you package:
1. Check that your shipping address is correct.

2. Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.
Boxes may have been left at backdoors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.
3. Give it a couple more days
Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration this can cause, but your package is likely to show up within six days of a false scan.
4. Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.
5. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
6. This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.

We follow strict quality standards and we fully stand behind our products. If you have an issue with your unit we will resolve it quickly. We offer 5 years warranty on our products including 1 years Full Parts Warranty plus 2-5 years Limited warranty.
1 year after delivery: Full Free warranty. Free components, free repair service, free shipping costs.
2-5 years after delivery: Limited warranty. Free components, the buyer is responsible for repair service and shipping costs.

Used replacement lights conditions listed as below:
A. A deposit will be required before sending the replacement light out.
B. Customer will cover the shipping fee of the replacement light to & from the service center.
C. Customer must send back the replacement light in one week after receiving the fixed light.
D. HYPHOTONFLUX will fully refund the deposit if the replacement light is in good condition.
DISCLAIMER
If the light has been tampered with or it is found that damage is caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If the warranty seal is broken without our consent, your warranty becomes void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of HYPHOTONFLUX. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
We are only responsible for problems that arise through no fault on your part. If any problem should arise, please email us or call us first. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not open the light without our permission. Because we are in China, our service would be different from your local service shop. Please take note of that.
